Painter / Digitally Abstracted Photographs
There is a perception amongst people in the rest of the country that the streets of London are paved with gold. In this painting the river is flowing with gold (as there are no streets in it) and the coins in it are 'crunched' into an oval shape as the credit crunch is hitting London as well as the rest of the country.
Whilst great care has been taken to try and realistically represent the artwork's colour hue,
contrast, etc. it is impossible to accurately reflect the physical work of art using a computer monitor / screen.
